Your initial day-to-day duties include:
- Prospect, qualify, and acquire new clients through various marketing and networking strategies.
- Liaise with vendors and buyers.
- Conducting open homes
- Buyer inspections
- Participating in weekly training and mentoring
- Represent our business in a positive and professional manner, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and the local community.
Required Experience
- Hold a current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Demonstrated history of delivering outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour.
- Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic.
