Tim McCollum, the owner and Principal of SYNERGY Property Specialists is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer with full time experience since 2003.

Tim opened his own real estate office in 2013 – SYNERGY Property Specialists. Tim’s goal was to form a team that enjoy working with each other each day and simply do the right thing by people.  Tim has also wanted to be able to provide sellers more options and buyers better service. Tim has built the office around the agents working in with each other and creating more roles to provide buyers a better service, sellers more options and ultimately a higher price for the seller.

Marketing is Tim’s speciality. Tim loves to work with a vendor that makes every effort to present a home in the best possible light and allows Tim to put together the most professional and effective marketing strategy possible. Tim will handle all the enquiry generated from the marketing and follow everyone up. Additionally, Tim employs a full-time agent to follow up all the enquiry on previous property to introduce them to your property. Tim also introduces the property to the other agents in the office to introduce the property to their buyers. Ultimately Tim strives to make every effort to have multiple buyers vying for the property at the same time, often with multiple agents within his office. Tim loves nothing more than leveraging one buyer against another to push the price up.

Tim also likes to provide vendors with options and tailor his service to his client’s needs and wishes. For the vendors that are wanting to keep costs to a minimum, Tim is achieving high prices by way of his assistant calling all the buyers that have enquired on other properties Tim has recently sold as well as allowing all the agents at the office to show their buyers the property.

Tim also works with interstate investors and can sell your investment property with your tenants in place, with or without a marketing campaign.

Ultimately Tim is about understanding your needs, tailoring a solution that works best for you, working in with the other agents in the office on your property and making every effort to achieve the best possible outcome.
